Head Chef Paul Stewart has been an integral part of our team for over a year now, bringing his wealth of expertise to our kitchen. Having previously honed his craft at Dromhall Hotel Killarney, where he developed a passion for preparing dishes with fresh, regional ingredients, Chef Paul continues to excel in his role with us.

Chef Paul continues to embrace our philosophy of utilising our own homegrown ingredients, contributing to our efforts to minimize our environmental footprint while ensuring our patrons enjoy the freshest ingredients possible.
