Head Chef – Paul Stewart

We are thrilled to introduce our new head chef, Paul Stewart, to the Heather Cafe team. Chef Paul joined our team after honing his craft at Dromhall Hotel Killarney, where he discovered a love for preparing dishes with fresh, regional ingredients. With a passion for cheffing, Chef Paul is the perfect addition to our kitchen.

He is excited to collaborate with our skilled gardener, Elaine Barrett, to incorporate the cafe’s own homegrown fresh produce into his dishes. By using our own homegrown ingredients, we make it our mission to reduce our environmental impact while also ensuring that our customers receive the freshest possible ingredients. Our commitment to using the freshest and highest quality ingredients in our dishes extends to sourcing fresh local produce from local suppliers and artisan producers.

Chef Paul’s dedication to using only the freshest ingredients and his creativity in experimenting with new flavours and techniques make him an excellent fit for our team. We can’t wait to see what delicious and innovative dishes Chef Paul adds to the Heather Cafe menu.
